I wanted to take a moment and THANK YOU for your advise about our post card mailings. As you know I was constantly getting new mailing lists and sending 1 - 2 cards to each list. Your advise to pound one of my mailing lists with a card a month has paid off 10 fold. With each mailing of roughly 5,000 cards I was getting 3-4 calls and maybe 1 sale (which was ok, and more then covered the cost of the mailing). Then I tried your suggestion of "delivering the same message (same card) 3-5 months in a row and the results have been amazing. After the 2nd to 3rd month I started getting 20-30 calls a month (and I'm not exaggerating). I have since closed probably 8 deals so far with more in the pipe line. I was amazed by the results. For the amount of money I spend on Magazine Ads, Website Ads and post card mailings, the card mailings are the least expensive and have produced the best results.
