ADDRESSING SERVICE FEES
1,000 to 5,000 pieces:		$.04 (4 cents) per card ($40.00 min. per multiple mailing)
5,001 to 25,000 pieces:		$.0350 (3 1/2 cents) per card
25,001 to 50,000 pieces:		$.0325 (3 1/4 cents) per card
50,001+ pieces:		$.03 (3 cents) per card

OTHER BENEFITS

1.	You save shipping charges, because the cards don't have to be sent to you via UPS or FedEx.
2.	You save time, because we can mail them out for you immediately after printing, rather than you having to wait to receive them and then get them to a local mailing house.
3.	The software we utilize assigns a barcode to each address, so that the cards go through the Post Office's automated system faster than regularly printed addresses.
4.	We also process the lists to remove duplicate addresses, and ensure that all the addresses on your list are currently valid (of course, people do move, so there will always be a few returned cards).

SUBMITTING YOUR LIST

Please send the list in “Excel format”, such as Comma Delimited, Tab Delimited, CSV.
Please ensure each field is in its own column. Email lists as an attachment to:
list@purepostcards.com

Example 1 - Company, contact, street address, city, state, zip code, etc..
Example 2 - Company, first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, etc.

To process a list and mail out your cards, it takes 3-4 days if the cards are back from print.
Credit cards are not accepted for postage. Postage can only be paid via check or fax check.

Please send specific mailing instructions with your list if you wish a 1 time mailing or a multiple mailing and if you wish the cards addressed to “or Current Resident”, etc.

Please note that if your list has already been processed, and you have a change such as
adding more names to your mailing, there will be an additional reprocessing fee of $35.
