As of 5/14/07, if you put a stamp on a regular 4.25" X 6" postcard it will cost you 26 cents for postage to mail it. However, if we bulk mail the cards you will only pay a rate of 22 cents per card for First Class mailing.
For larger size cards, like 6" X 8½" or 6" X 11", a First Class stamp would cost 41 cents. These cards can be sent either Standard Mail (usually 5-10 days for delivery) at a bulk rate of only 25.2 cents each, or First Class (3-5 day estimated delivery) for a bulk rate of only 36 cents per card.
Non-Profit mailings, for any of the above size cards, require only 16.1 cents each for bulk rate postage.

To process a list and mail out your cards, it takes 3 days if the cards are back from print. Postage is paid via check or fax check.
Please send specific mailing instructions with your list if you wish a 1 time mailing or a multiple mailing and if you wish the cards addressed to "or Current Resident", etc.
Please note that if your list has already been processed, and you have a change such as adding more names to your mailing, there will be an additional reprocessing fee of $35.
