As of 5/11/09, if you put a stamp on a regular 4.25" X 6" postcard it will cost you $.28 for postage to mail it. However, if we bulk rate the cards you will only pay an estimated rate of $0.24 ($0.28 for less than 500 cards mailed).
For larger size cards, like 6" X 8½", the normal postage is $0.44 per card, whereas the bulk rate for these can be between an estimated $0.277 or $0.39, a huge savings ($0.44 cents for less than 500 cards mailed).
There are other ways of handling postage with even larger savings such as Carrier Route mailings. Please consult your Sales Representative about these options.

To process a list and mail out your cards, it takes 3 days if the cards are back from print. Postage is paid via check or fax check.
Please send specific mailing instructions with your list if you wish a 1 time mailing or a multiple mailing and if you wish the cards addressed to "or Current Resident", etc.
Please note that if your list has already been processed, and you have a change such as adding more names to your mailing, there will be an additional reprocessing fee of $35.
