1.  Occupant Lists
2 cents each, minimum order of $100.00
An occupant list is the best way to reach all mailable addresses as per the US Post Office data base within any given geography.  Selections for occupant lists are limited to single-family homes, apartments (which may include townhomes, condos, etc.), businesses, and post office boxes.
The US Post Office will recognize the certification that comes with an occupant list for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that 90 day period postage rates may increase due to the certification no longer being valid.

2.  Consumer Lists
One Time Use: 5  cents each, Unlimited Use for One Year: 8 cents each, minimum order of $150.00
Includes the following choice of selections:

Adult Age Range
Length of Residence
Number of Adults in Household
Other selections are available for additional charges.

3.  Business Lists
Unlimited Use for One Year, 10 cents each, minimum order of $200.00

Number of Employees
Annual Sales Volume
Type of Site (Single location, headquarters, branch office)
Legal Status (Corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, unknown)

Exclude all Franchises or Chain Locations

4.  Mortgage Lists
One Time Use: 12 cents each, Unlimited Use for One Year: 16 cents each, minimum order of $250.00
